The 2014 Arizona Department of Health Services population denominators were estimated using the 2014 population projections obtained from the Office of Employment and Population Statistics within the Arizona Department of Administration.

** Note: for 2014 the total number of births is higher than the population of <1 year due to a change in methodology in producing the population estimate for < 1 year by using the number of births minus the number of infants deaths.
